ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Colonial Revival style entry,
columns support portico, door enforcements with
tracery sidelights and applied pilasters. One story
sunroom to the east side of house. Rear porch with
turned column supports and bracketed
eaves.
Hillside lot with wooded vista. Concrete two-car garage adjacent to house.
SIGNIFICANCE & HISTORICAL INFORMATION The house may be about ten to fifteen years younger than the owner suggests, based on stylistic and map evidence. Still, this is one of the cottages which were built along Long Hill Road in the late 19th century to take advantage of the hillside views and breezes.
