ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Recessed porch on first floor
and balcony on second floor, projecting bay window,
second floor facade, round-arched opening connects
house to two-car garage.
Sited on a well landscaped lot with vista of wooded hillside to south. Driveway entrance marked by stucco pillars and a 19th century iron fence. Adjacent three car garage. SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT
House created about 1927 from a carriage house belonging to adjacent residence (survey #1430-73). The carved woodwork is from old railroad ties. No architectural vestiges of the carriage house remain.
