COMMENTS:

A pleasant, tightly developed neighborhood now enhanced by mature landscaping and street trees. A real "period piece" ca. 1925.

Note how the uniform street trees enhance the setting.

View south on the west side of Norwood Avenue. (1986)
The gable-end bungalow with extended portico was a favorite with the street's developer.

Number 47 Norwood Avenue. (1986)
One of the most elaborate houses in the Bungalow-Craftsman tradition on the street.

Number 119 Riverview Avenue. (1986)
Although it has a different street address, the location of this house at the
foot of Norwood Avenue puts it visually in the Norwood Avenue streetscape.
